It's been awhile since I've actually gotten a layout done! This one was fun to do - I used my Cricut Art Philosophy cartridge to cut the tags and flags. The letters are Cricut Jubilee Celebration. Papers are October Afternoon - Modern Homemaker.

Good to see you scrapping. :-) I like the banner flags hanging from the corner. Banners are cool. I currently have a layout that has been sitting on my desk (for probably a year) that uses banners.
